摘要
通过对转型时期中国企业集团总部发展路径的分析,指出目前集团总部定位的现状和问题;在明确集团总部扮演角色和价值创造方式的基础上,系统探讨现有职能型总部结构对价值创造的阻碍,并提出一种新的构想——围绕"价值创造"的集团总部模式,以刺激总部将注意力放在更高的增值活动上来。
With an analysis on the developing-route of Chinese business group headquarters in transition economy,this paper points out the current status and problems of headquarters'position. Based on the three roles by headquarters in value creation,it discusses systematically usual functional structure of corporate headquarter from non-benefit to value creation, and brings forward a new idea concerning headquarter structure reorganization,which can make headquarter staff focus on higher value-added activities.
