摘要
我国高等学校内部管理体制受整个社会环境和高等教育管理体制的影响出现"行政化"的不良态势。高等学校管理"行政化"的弊病是高等学校在适应办学环境、实现办学目标、促进自身发展的进程中长期积累形成的,受组织内外诸多因素的影响。从根本上解决这一问题,必需综合考虑形成高等学校"行政化"的各方面因素,系统改革高等教育运行方式和管理模式,理性祛除高等学校"行政化"弊端,这样才会有利于高等教育发展。
The internal management system in colleges and universities appears unhealthy ＂trend of administration＂ in China. Such a trend has been formed through accumulation in the long process of the higher educational institutions＂ adapting the environment, realizing the running aims, promoting development which has been influenced by many inside and outside factors. All factors caused the ＂ trend of administration＂ must be taken into consideration, systematical reformation of the operational and administrative manners should be carried out, and the malpractice should be removed rationally to solve the problem radically so as to benefiting the development of the higher education as a whole.
