摘要
通过对酒精酵母进行紫外诱变及2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)的鉴别培养,获得了10株呈红色菌落表型的突变株。诱变条件为:紫外(灯管功率20W)波长254nm,照射距离20cm,照射时间10s、60s和80s,获得正突变菌株Z8,可以耐受12%vol酒精。同时表明了酒精高产和酒精耐性有一定的相关性。
Ten mutant strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae showing red colony phenotype on the triphenyltetrazolium chloride medium were obtained in this paper. The mutation condition of ultraviolet lights were as followed: light strength 20 W, vertical distance 20 cm, wave length 254 nm and irradiation time 10 s, 60 s and 80 s, respectively. The strain Z8 tolerating 12%vol ethanol was obtained. The results also indicated that ethanol production was positively related with ethanol tolerance.
