摘要
后勤改革一直是高校改革的重点和难点。以内地高校的后勤改革模式为研究出发点,通过对疆内外高校后勤的典型运行模式进行分析,根据塔里木大学的实际情况,运用SWOT分析法,指出塔里木大学后勤社会化改革中的瓶颈问题,并针对此问题提出了塔里木大学后勤社会化改革的模式,借以给塔里木大学后勤社会化改革提供参考。
Logistics reform is always the key and problem to university reforms. Based on the model of logistics reform inland universities, through the research and the typical rear-service in operation mode analysis, according to the actual situation of Tarim University, with SWOT Tarim University, the article points out the rear service socialization reform bottleneck problems to solve this problem, and proposed the Tarim University logistics socialization reform mode for Tarim University, so as to provide reference for rear service socialization reform.
