摘要
目的探讨自拟温中健脾汤治疗老年人Hp相关消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择90例老年Hp相关消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组,对照组45例,给予常规西药治疗,治疗组45例,在常规西药的基础上加服温中健脾汤,治疗5W后观察临床疗效、症状改善、HP转阴率、胃镜检查的情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.11%,而对照组仅为73.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组在HP转阴率高于对照组。结论温中健脾汤联合西药治疗老年人Hp相关消化性溃疡效果好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of self - made Wen Zhong Jian Pi decoction in the treatment of senile Hp peptic ulcer. Methods 90 cases of patients with senile Hp peptic ulcer were randomized into two groups. 45 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine, 45 cases in the therapeutic group were given Wen Zhong Jian Pi decoction besides conventional western medicine. Clinical effects, the improvement of the symptoms, Hp negative rate and gastroscope examination were observed 5 weeks after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 91.11%, and that of the control group was only 73.33 %. The therapeutic group was obviously su- perior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And Hp negative rate of the therapeutic group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Wen Zhong Jian Pi decoction with western medicine has a good effect in treating senile Hp peptic ulcer with few adverse reactions. It is worthy of wide application.
