摘要
分析了人工臭氧投加系统的不足,通过流量估计实现了基本的比值控制;根据影响臭氧投加效果的各方面因素,提出利用基于前馈-反馈结构的串级控制方法对其进行有效控制,实现了臭氧的自动投加。实际应用结果表明,深度水处理工艺出水水质更加平稳。
The deficiency of manual ozone dosing system was analyzed, and ratio control was achieved by estimating the flow rate. Under the various impacting factors of the ozone dosage, the automatic dosing of ozone was realized based on a feedforward-feedback cascade control structure. Practical application results show that the production water quality of advanced treatment process is more stable.
