摘要
本研究建立了用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定饲料中呋喃唑酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因和呋喃它酮药物残留量的方法。样品中的残留药物用乙腈提取,经正己烷和酸性氧化铝净化,高效液相色谱法检测。呋喃西林、呋喃妥因、呋喃它酮的检出限为0.25 mg/kg,定量限为0.5 mg/kg;呋喃唑酮检出限为0.12 mg/kg,定量限为0.25 mg/kg,四种药物的平均添加回收率均大于70%,相对标准偏差<10%。本方法简便、准确、快速,适用于同时测定饲料中的四种硝基呋喃类药物。
A method has been developed to determine the pesticide residues of furazolidonum,furacilin,titrofurantoine and furaltadon in feed by HPLC at the same time.The pesticide residues are extracted by acetonitrile,purified by hexane and alumine,and detected by HPLC.The LOD and LOQ for furacilin,titrofurantoine and furaltadon are 0.25 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg.The LOD and LOQ for furazolidonum are 0.12 mg/kg and 0.25 mg/kg.The average recoveries of the four pesticides are more than 70%,and the RSD are less than 10%.The method is simple,accurate and rapid,it can be used for determining the pesticide residues of four nitrofurans in feed at the same time.
