摘要
本研究建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定饲料中土霉素、金霉素、四环素、强力霉素4种四环素类药物。结果显示，4种药物在1-100g／mL范围内均呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数均达到0．999以上；土霉素和四环素的检出限为0．25g／g，金霉素和强力霉素的检出限为0．5g／g；土霉素和四环素的定量限为2g／g，金霉素和强力霉素的定量限为4g／g；回收率达到74．1％-98．8％。本方法适用于浓缩饲料、配合饲料、预混合饲料中土霉素、四环素、金霉素、强力霉素4种四环素类抗生素的检测。
Abstract： A HPLC method to Simultaneous Determination of oxytetracyllne, etracycllne, cnlortet- racycline, doxycycline in Feed stuff was established. The results showed that the calibration curves of 4 tetracyclinesexhibited good linearity in th erange 1-100 μg/mL with correlation coef- fi cients greater than 0.999. The oxytetracyline and chlortetracycline detection limit was 0.25 μg/g. The etracycline and doxytetracyline detection limit was 0. 5 μg/g. The oxytetracyline and chlortetracycline limit of quantitation was 2 μg/g. The etracycline and doxytetracyline limit of quantitation was 4 μg/g. The average recovery rate reached 74.1%-98.8%. The method is applicable for detecting the content of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline in the combinative feed, concentrated feed and premixed feed.
