摘要
文章以河南省优秀运动员、教练员为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,从人文社会学视角,对影响河南省优秀运动员运动寿命的因素进行调查研究.结果显示:河南省优秀运动员的运动寿命普遍较短,其影响因素是多方面的动态组合,厌倦训练、缺乏训练的积极性、奖金待遇、家庭影响和退役后的再就业是影响运动员提前退役的主要原因.
Based on the humane and sociology,the paper investigated and studied on the influnce factors of the excellent athletes＇ sport age by using the the methods of documentary,questionnaire,interview,statistics and logic analysis method etc.The result showed that： the average sport age of the excellent athletes in Henan is generally shorter,which is the result of many different influnce.The main factors are weary of training,lack the motivation to training,and other factors incluing bonus treatment,family influnce and the re-employment after retirement.
