娑罗子多糖的提取、含量测定及生物学活性研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用水煮醇沉法提取娑罗子多糖,三氯乙酸法除蛋白,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,体外化学体系研究娑罗子粗多糖和去蛋白多糖对羟自由基(·OH)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和二苯代苦味酰肼基自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用,微量液体稀释法测定娑罗子多糖的抑菌作用。结果表明:娑罗子多糖含量为3·75%,抗氧化活性测定以VC为对照,娑罗子粗多糖和去蛋白多糖对三种自由基的清除活性弱于VC,但粗多糖的活性强于去蛋白多糖,两种多糖对五种供试菌株均有一定的抑制作用,且粗多糖的抑制作用强于去蛋白多糖。 The polysaccharide of Semen Aesuli was extracted by hot water, protein was removed by Trichloroacetic acid,the content of the polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid method. The scavenging activities of the polysaccharide from Semen Aesuli on hydroxyl radical( · OH), hydrogen peroxide( H2O2 )and 1, 1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl( DPPH · )were investigated by modified chemical systems. Antimicrobial activity testing used the method of trace liquid dilution.The results showed that the average content of polysaccharide from Semen Aesuli was 3.75%.The scavenging effect to the three free radicals of the polysaccharide from Semen Aesuli was lower than Vc. However, the scavenging effect of crude polysaccharide was stronger than pure polysaccharide.The two polysaccharides had definite antimicrobial effects to the five bacteria and fungi samples, and the antimicrobial effects of crude polysaccharide was stronger than the pure polysaccharide.
