从后现代主义视角看中小学教师教学评价

摘要 教师教学评价是课程评价的重要方面,随着社会的发展,原有的单一的教师教学评价方式已不再适应时代的发展,而后现代主义思潮对教师教学评价产生了一定的影响。因此,教师教学评价朝着发展性方向前进,教师的教学评价也由甄别走向发展,并建立发展性教学评价的综合框架,在教师课堂评价标准方面也做了具有发展性的设计。后现代主义的多元性、开放性、内在性、创造性为教师教学评价提供了更广阔的发展方向。 The teacher instruction evaluation plays an important role in the curriculum evaluation. But with the de- velopment of society, the original teacher instruction evaluation is too unitary to fit for the current situation. And the postmodernism affects the teacher instruction evaluation to some degree. Therefore the teacher instruction evaluation always develops. It advocates development of teachers rather than selection. It also advocates to set up a compre- hensive teaching evaluation frame. As for the class evaluation standard, developmental design is encouraged. The characteristics of postmoderuism including pluralism, open-endedness , internalixation and creativeness provide a broader realm for the teacher instruction evaluation .
