摘要
为了考察等动训练对肌肉力量的影响,对绍兴文理学院体育学院2006级8名篮球运动员在60°/s下进行了4周等动训练,测得运动员肘关节在角速度60°/s、120°/s、180°/s时肱三头肌的总功、最大力矩,结果表明等动训练对改善运动员的肱三头肌肌肉力量有明显的效果.
In order to investigate the influence of Isokinetic training on the muscle strength, 8 basketball players in School of Physical Education of Shaoxing University are chosen as subjects to receive the 4 - week Isokinetic training,with their total power and maximum torque of triceps brachii tested by 60°/S,120°/S,180°/S. The resuits note that Isokinetie training works remarkably in the improvement of their triceps brachii muscle strength.
