摘要
分别观测了试验路段试验车与实际货车的刹车毂温度,通过SPSS软件分析了刹车毂温度与长下坡路段坡度、坡长、车辆下坡速度及货车总质量之间的关系,建立了长下坡路段货车刹车毂温度预测模型,并以此为基础给出了长下坡路段合理的安全坡长。研究结果表明:长下坡路段安全坡长、一般安全坡长、极限最大坡长对应的刹车毂温度可分别为200℃、220℃、260℃;通过刹车毂温度预测模型可确定不同等级公路的合理坡长。
The brake hub temperatures of test trucks and actual trucks at test section were observed respectively,the relationship of brake hub temperature with grade degree,grade length,truck operating speed and total mass was analyzed by using SPSS software,the brake hub temperature prediction model of truck at long-steep downgrade was established,and the rational safety grade length was obtained based on the model.Analysis results show that the brake hub temperatures for safety grade length,general safety grade length and maximum limit grade length at long-steep downgrade section are 200 ℃,220 ℃ and 260 ℃ respectively,and the rational grade lengths of different class highways can be confirmed through the brake hub temperature prediction model.10 tabs,1 fig,8 refs.
