摘要
本文从"导问式"教学的概念及内涵入手,着重研究"导问式"教学的组织与实施以及在教学过程中需把握的问题。"导问式"教学致力于学员提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力培养,旨在进一步提高学员的岗位任职能力和创新意识。
Starting with the concept and connotation of the "question-guided" teaching method,the paper focuses on the organization and implementation of this teaching method. Further attention is paid to the problems arising in the teaching process. This method in professional education is used to foster the cadets’ ability to identify problems and their ability to solve them. Thus the cadets’ development through "question-guided" method further improves their professional ability and innovative consciousness.
