摘要
针对人工测量环境恶劣,测量结果误差大,提出了一种新的圆坯外轮廓检测系统,利用机器视觉技术并通过图像处理来分析圆坯外轮廓的圆度,实时地将这种处理结果提供给现场的操作人员及时地调整生产工艺参数,提高产品质量。
A new round billet outer contour detection system is brought forward for improvement of bad working circumstance and big measuring errors.Machine vision and image processing technique are used to analyze roundness of round billet outer contour,provide the result to operators in real time to adjust production technology parameters and improve the quality.
