摘要 采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定青稞硒含量,建立了青稞微波消解的最佳消解条件和测定的最佳反应条件,研究了原子荧光法测定青稞硒含量的各种影响因素。结果表明,硼氢化钾浓度和盐酸浓度对测定青稞硒均有一定影响。方法的检出限为0.076 9μg/L,线性范围为0~20 ng/mL,相关系数为r=0.999 9,相对标准偏差为0.4%,回收率为94.8%~100.1%。该法测定青稞硒含量,准确度高,可满足实际工作的要求。 This study was made on determination of the selenium content in highland barley by microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry, establishment of the optimum conditions for the microwave digestion and determination of reaction and the influence of various factors on determination of selenium content in highland barley by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results showed that the concentration of hydroboration potassium and hydrochloric acid had certain effect on determination of the selenium content in highland barley. The detection limit was 0. 076 9 μg/L, linear range was 0-20 ng/mL, and the correlation (r)=0. 999 9. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.4G, and the re covery of selenium was 94.8%-100. 1%. To conclude, the method could obtain the high accuracy and meet the demands of practical work.
