The Research on Multi-Attribute Fuzzy Measurement in Usability Evaluation

摘要 在分析人机交互产品可用性的问题上,针对可用性评估的多维属性特征,提出了基于度量属性权重的模糊度量算子,并以过程推导和证明的方式给出了对评估实验数据进行分析的定理和公式,最后得到了代表整体满意度的效用值的计算方法. To the question of analyzing the usability of humancomputer interaction products,a fuzzy measurement operator based on the cost of measurement attributes was proposed,then gave the theorem and formula for analyzing the result data of evaluation experiments,and finally achieved how to calculate the usage-value that showed user's overall satisfaction on the product.
