摘要
通过分析当前电力施工企业物资管理的现状入手,查找存在的问题,探讨如何创新,加强物资管理,从源头和过程做到有效控制,从根源上提高施工企业物资管理水平,增强施工企业效益。
Through analyzing the current status of the materials management of electrical construction enterprises,the paper tries to locate existing problems and finds ways to innovate and reinforce the materials management practice and to place emphasis on the source as well as the whole process.
