摘要
SWOT方法广泛运用于战略管理研究领域,对系统进行定性分析具有明显的优势,定量是其缺陷。层次分析法是对定性问题进行定量分析的一种好方法。本文综合运用SWOT分析方法和AHP方法,对SWOT因素进行定量测度,为方略选择提供更加科学的依据。并以我国农业大省河南省农机化发展方略选择为例,进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,AHP+SWOT方法非常适合于农机化宏观发展研究领域。计算结果显示了河南省农机化发展的机会>优势>劣势>威胁;而且最大的优势、劣势、机会和威胁分别是平原地形条件、农机装备结构问题、农机化政策看好与小规模土地生产规模较难改变。
SWOT analysis is extensively used in the research of strategy management; it has obvious advantages in qualitative analysis,but disadvantages in quantitative analysis. Analytic hierarchy process is a good quantitative analysis method to qualitative problems. This paper integrated SWOT analysis and AHP analysis to make a quantitative measurement for the SWOT factors,and it provided a much more scientific basis in selection of strategy. This thesis took Henan province for empirical study in strategy selection of agricultural mechanization development. It was found that SWOT +AHP analysis is very suitable for the research of agricultural mechanization. The results show that the opportunitiesstrengthsweaknessesthreats. The plain in the province is the maximum strength factor,structure of agricultural equipment is the maximum weakness factor,national and local policy is the maximum opportunity factor,and small scale production is the maximum threat factor.
