摘要
大唐国际宁德发电公司600 MW超临界机组直流锅炉采用等离子点火技术,从机组调试到移交生产后,锅炉点火和低负荷稳燃,一直使用等离子系统,节省了大量燃油,节能效果显著。但在使用中,由于结构上的原因存在一些问题,影响节能效果和运行安全。通过对等离子点火装置进行改造,实现无油点火,安全性和经济性提高。
Plasma ignition technology is applied on 600MW supercritical once-through boiler unit in Ningde of Datang International Power Generation Company,from the unit’s commissioning to handover the post-production,the boiler ignition and combustion are stable at low load.The using of the plasma system,saves a lot of fuel,so energy-saving effect is remarkable.However,in use,due to structural reasons,there are some problems that affect the energy-saving effectiveness and operational safety.Through the transformation of plasma ignition device to achieve oil-free ignition,further safety and economy improve.
