摘要 配备XPS-2型等离子点火装置的可门电厂600MW超临界锅炉经过冷、热态调整,能在不投油枪的情况下(利用暖风器暖磨)直接点燃烟煤,实现冷炉无油点火。3号机组从点火吹管至168h试运结束实际用油量为276t,节油率达95.1%,产生显著的经济效益。 It describes that equipped with XPS-2 plasma ignition devices, through the cold and hot condition commissioning the 600MW supercritical boiler in Kemen Plant could directly light bituminous coal without oil (warming the mill with the heater). From the boiler steam purging of the unit 3 to the end of 168 h trial operation, the use ofoil is 276 t and the relatively conventional ignition oil saving rate reached 95. I percent. It had significant economic benefits.
