摘要
借鉴国内外研究机构和咨询公司有关公司治理评价研究与方法,从分析我国国有企业存在的内外部问题出发,提出我国国有企业公司治理评价的指标体系,在此基础上构建了我国国有企业公司治理诊断模型,为我国国有企业公司治理的诊断和评价提供了量化的方法和改进的策略。
Based on the methods of corporate governance assessment in home and abroad, this paper constructs the index system of corporate governance on state-owned enterprises on the basis of its internal and external problems. The index system, the state-owned enterprise diagnosis model is built in the paper, which can be used as a quantitative diagnosis tool for state-owned enterprises and strategies for improvement.
