摘要
本文综合有关资料和数据,介绍了引起1998年长江水灾的自然因素和人为因素,重点分析了长江水灾与长江流域生态破坏的关系,并提出了相应的防治对策和建议.
Based on relevant information and data,This article expounds natural factors and man-made causes of the Yangtse flood in 1998,especially the disruption of the ecological environment in the Yangtse Valley,and advances precaution and control measures against flood calamity.
