摘要
保持资源和环境永续利用是可持续发展的前提,在我国作为实现可持续发展重要手段的现行法律与可持续发展的要求差距较大,必须以可持续发展思想为指导,确立生态化价值理念,建立经济生态化和生态保护经济化制约机制,重构我国可持续发展的法制框架。
It is the premise of the sustainable development to maintain resources and environment continue in use forever, the disparity in our country between present law , which is important method to realize the sustainable development and the sustainable development, and the request of the sustainable development is large. The thought of sustainable development must be taken as the leading idea, ecology value must be established, constructs our country＇s sustainable development legal system frame in establishing restriction mechanism of the economical ecology and the ecology protection.
