摘要
文章探讨了美国语言学家克拉申二语习得理论"输入假说"和"情感过滤假说"对提高西部高校英语口语教学的促进作用,以及在该理论指导下通过增加英语语言的可理解性输入,营造良好的语言习得环境,增强学生英语口语学习的自信心和主动性,降低学生口语学习的焦虑感,从而达到提高英语口语教学质量的目的。
This paper discusses that Language Input Hypothesis and the Affective Filter Hypothesis in SLA theory proposed by American linguist Stephen Krashen plays an important role in enhancing oral English teaching in colleges or universities in the western regions of China. The paper also states that SLA theory tends to guide teachers to improve oral English teaching based on the eases of increasing comprehensible input of English, constructing the harmonized phenomenon for students in order to lessen their anxieties and enforcing learners' self-confidence and their sense of initiative.
