共情是一个人进入他人精神世界并充分理解他人的能力,高共情能力的人有利于构建和谐关系,确保工作高效率。关注共情和共情能力的研究,本文综述了共情和共情能力的概念及作用,护士长增强共情能力的方法,探讨了护士长共情能力对护理管理工作的影响。促进护士长增强共情意识,提高共情能力,从而正确处理好与领导、患者、医生、护士、患者家属的和谐关系,构建和谐护理团队,提高患者及护理人员满意度,提高工作效率,确保工作质量,构建和谐病房。
Empathy is the ability of one people can enter other people′s world of spirits and understand their sides greatly. The people who have high ability of empathy can build harmonious relationship and ensure high work efficiency.
