摘要
利用拉曼光谱仪,对乙醇、甲醇、工业酒精及食用白酒作光谱分析,分析得知:甲醇与其它三者有不同的振动光谱,因而应可据此检查食用酒精中的甲醇.此外,在本文指定的组分前提下,可以根据水峰强度与乙醇(甲醇)特征峰的强度之比得出酒精含量。
The Raman spectra from ethanol, methyl alcohol, industrial alcohol and edible alcohol were measured and analyzed. It was found that methyl alcohol differ from other alcohol in vibrant spectroscopy, and three kinds of alcohol from different source have different Roman spectra. Basing on the intensity ratio of water Roman peak and the characterizing Roman peak of ethanol measured at the same time, one can quantitatively obtain the real alcohol concerns, hence providing a fast method for checking the fake drinks.
