摘要
对塔罗科血橙、脐血橙果实纵横径定期田间测定,研究表明,2个品种(系)的果实纵横径在整个生长过程中均出现3次生长高峰,呈单“S”形曲线增长,脐血橙出现高峰期比塔罗科血橙推迟10d左右。4~10月果实净生长量分别与气温呈显著和极显著相关(P<005,P<001),与相对湿度都呈极显著相关(P<001)。说明橘园在不受干旱影响的情况下,相对湿度、气温是影响果实大小的主要因素。当年采样分析(10月20日),塔罗科血橙单果均重150~180g,皮薄;脐血橙果大,皮稍厚,单果均重180~200g。2个血橙品种(系)全糖分别为936g/100mL,980g/100mL;含酸量分别为076g/100mL,095g/100mL;可溶性固形物分别为1150%,12%。
The fruit length and breadth of Tarocco & Washington Sanguine were periodically determined in the field. The results indicated that 3 growth peaks had been observed during growing period, which manifested as S curvilinear increase. 10 days were put off for Washington Sanguine compared with Tarocco. From April to October the fruit increment is significant correlation with temperature( P <005) and very significant correlation with humidity (P <001). Therefore the relative humidity and air temperature were the main factors for fruit yield, if the citrus garden didn't suffer from drought. According to the analytical data in October 20 th, the average fruit weight of Tarocco was 150180 g and thinner rind, while the average fruit weight of Washington Sanguine was 180200 g and thick rind. Their fructose, fruit acid and total soluble solid (TSS) were 936 g/100 mL & 9.80 g/100 mL, 0.76 g/100 mL & 0.95 g/100 mL and 11.5% & 12% respectively.
