摘要
研究了电压暂降的技术经济评估,考虑暂降事件的随机性,采用蒙特卡洛随机预估法得到用户接入点的暂降情况;由于用户敏感设备对电压暂降的敏感度具有不确定性以及设备类型和组成情况的不同,采用概率方法计算统计范围内用户对暂降的设备故障率,在此基础上将系统情况和用户设备情况相结合,评估用户实际受到的暂降影响。改善方案的选择兼顾其技术效果和经济效果,用净现值法选择出最适合用户的缓解方案。最后,对某制造工厂进行技术经济评估,选出最优改善方案并在单位暂降损失不确定的情况下,给出区间最优方案,结果表明文中的评估方法流程清晰、可操作性强。
In this paper the technical and economical assessment on voltage sag is researched. Monte Carlo stochastic prediction is adopted to obtain the voltage sag condition at the point where the consumer is connected; due to the uncertainty of sensitiveness of consumer's voltage-sensitive equipment to voltage sag and various types of consumer's equipments and their composition ways, the equipment failure rate of consumer's voltage-sensitive equipments caused by voltage sag in statistical range is calculated by probabilistic method, and on this basis the condition of power system and that of consumer is combined to assess the actual impact of voltage sag on consumer; the selection of improvement scheme should consider both economic and technical effects, thus the alleviating scheme that is mostly suitable to consumer is chosen by net present value method. Finally, technical and economical assessment of a certain manufacturing works is performed to Sort out optimal improving scheme and under uncertain specific loss caused by voltage sag the optimal scheme of interval is given.
