摘要
薄膜热电偶是解决非金属表面温度测量的有效手段。它的工作原理与常规热电偶一样,但并不利用现成的热电偶丝材料,而是用离子轰击热电偶母材使之溅射到被测表面上沉积而制成的。显微检查表明溅射薄膜与被测表面的结合十分紧密,足以保证薄膜热电偶反映的确是被测表面温度。溅射薄膜的厚度一般只有0.5~1.0微米。
A making process for film thermocouple is described. The splashed film combines with the nonmetal surface so tightly that the accuracy of measurement can get guaranteed. Response character of the film thermocouple is estimated in different boundary conditions by theory of unsteady heat conduction. The experimental measurement results are given for surface temperature of ceramic layer covering on a piston.
