摘要
论述在金属和非金属表面上制作薄膜热电偶的工艺,分析它的静动态特性及其测定方法,并应用该薄膜热电偶对锻压模和机械制造中磨削时的瞬态温度进行测试,取得了良好效果。
In the present paper,the process that the thin film thermocouples have been made on the metal and nonmetal is discussed,the heat transmitting theory of thin film thermocouple is analyzed, its static behaviour and dynamic time constant have been measured, and they have been applied to measure the transient temperature of the surface on the hot upsetting die and the surface of grinding sample in machine manufacture,a good result has been obtained.
