摘要
有限元分析是现代工程设计购一种快捷、有效的辅助工具。在汽车结构设计中,它对 提高汽车动、静态性能和优化车身、车架结构设计;缩短新车开发周期,节约开发费 用,均具有重要意义。本文借助有限元分析软件以江苏亚星客车集团的JS6981型客 车为对象,建立了车架、车身以及整车的有限元模型,进行了在自由状态下的动态计 算,得到了结构的模态参数,比较和分析了整车的静态、动态特性,对整车的结构设计 作出了分析评价。
The FEM is an efficient tool of modern engineering. It would bring us dramatic effect in many aspects, especially in optimizing bus structure, shortening the cycle and reducing the cost of developing new models. The bus skeleton of JS6981 is taken as an example to be studied in this paper. By using the FEM software, we have established a finite element model of the whole bus, performed the dynamic analysis in free states and got the harmonic frequencies and harmonic modes of JS6981. According to the comparison of the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics, we evaluated the structural design. In addition, we provided the technical suggestion on the bus structure in order to improve its characteristics.
