摘要
在Inventor中搭建平地机机架的简化几何模型,将其导入Patran中建立机架的有限元模型;在两种常用工况下,对机架的有限元模型进行强度分析,并对比油缸作用工况下的试验分析结果,验证机架有限元分析模型的正确性;机架的模态分析结果表明,机架与发动机存在共振的可能性。采用多目标优化技术,对机架进行多目标优化设计,结果表明,优化后的结构降低了机架与发动机共振的可能性以及机架质量,也符合机架的强度要求。
The simplified geometric model of grader frame was built by Inventor software, and with which the finite element model was built by Patran software. Strength analysis of the frame' s finite element model was conducted under two commonly used working conditions, and the results was compared with an experiment under cylinder working condition, which could verify the correctness of finite element analysis model. Modal analysis of grader frame showed that resonance phenomenon could exist between the frame and the engine. Multi-objective optimization design was used for the frame. The result showed that the optimized model was able to meet the requirements, and can reduce both the possibility of resonance and the mass of frame.
