摘要
目的:探讨梅毒螺旋体感染对精液质量的影响。方法:对40例梅毒螺旋体感染者(研究组)及40例非梅毒螺旋体感染者(对照组)的精液常规和精子形态学进行分析、比较。结果:研究组和对照组的精液量、pH值、液化时间、密度等参数的比较无明显差异;梅毒螺旋体感染组精子的存活率、活动力及精子正常形态均低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:梅毒螺旋体感染可对精液部分参数有影响。
Objective：To evaluate the impact of treponema pallidum （TP）infection on seminal fluid quality.Methods：40 cases of treponema pallidum infection patients and 40 cases of non-treponema pallidum（NTP）infection male patients were analyzed for the seminal fluid routine and sperm morphology.Results： The seminal fluid quantities,pH,fluidify time and concentration of TP infection group and NTP infection group had no significant difference,where as in TP infection group,its livability,motility and morphology were significantly lower than that in the NTP infection group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：The TP infection can make some difference on some parameters of semen.
