磺化碳固体酸催化旧瓦楞纸箱水解糖化 被引量:4

Hydrolysis saccharification of OCC by a sulfonated carbon solid-acid catalyst

摘要 以葡萄糖为原料,制备了磺化碳固体酸催化剂,用该磺化碳固体酸对旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)进行糖化水解,考察了相关因素对水解反应的影响。结果表明,磺化碳固体磺酸可以有效地催化OCC水解糖化,最佳反应条件为:反应温度150℃,反应时间8h,固液比(OCC∶水)2 mg/mL,催化剂加入量0.6 g,还原糖产率为26.65%,葡萄糖产率为10.88%。但催化剂稳定性较差,重复使用3次后,由于表面磺酸基团流失,还原糖产率下降24.54%,葡萄糖产率下降34.56%。催化剂的活性可以通过再磺化得到恢复。 With glucose as raw material, a sulfonated carbon solid-acid catalyst is prepared and characterized. The solid-acid catalyst is used in the hydrolysis saccharification of old corrugated cardboard (OCC), and the effects of various factors on the hydrolysis saccharification are studied. The results show that the sulfonated cardon solid-aicd catalyst has a great catalytic action on the hydrolysis saccharification of OCC, and the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:150 of reaction temperature, 8h of reaction time, 2 mg/mL of solid-liquid ratio (OCC: water), 0. 6 g of the amount of catalyst ,26. 65% of the reducing sugar yield, 10. 88% of the glucose yield. However, the stability of the catalyst is poor, which the reducing sugar yield drops from 26. 65% to 20. 11% and the glucose yield drops from 10. 88% to7. 12% after the third run due-to the loss of sulfonic groups from the surface of the catalyst. The deactivated catalysts can be regenerated by resulfonation and their catalytic activity can be fully restored.
