摘要
优选一步法合成的紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵残留物固体酸为催化剂,考察其催化酸化小桐子油的酯化反应效果。着重考察醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素的影响。试验结果表明,紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵残留物碳基固体酸可显著提高酯化反应效率,在醇油摩尔比为8∶1、催化剂用量为4%、反应温度为80℃和反应时间2 h的反应条件下,转化率可达76.32%。试验提供了紫茎泽兰综合利用的新方法,具有良好的应用前景。
The sulfonated solid acid catalyst was produced from anaerobic fermentation residues and sulphuric acid by one-pot systhesis. Its catalytic performance was investigated in the Jatropha oil esterification reaction and different reaction condition fac- tors were discussed. Experiments showed solid acid had great efficiency in the esterification reaction. The conversion rate was 76.32% under optimal conditions of 80 ℃ , 2 h, methanol/oil molar ratio 8:1 and 4% catalyst. The research provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of eupatorium adenophorum, and would have a good prospect in application fields.
