摘要
激励是图书馆工作有效的管理策略,合理的激励措施对图书馆工作和馆员自身的发展都有非常重要的促进作用。根据激励的有关基本理论,探讨了需求激励、目标激励、情感激励及负向激励。
Motivation is an effective management strategy for library work, and rational motivation measures have important promotion functions for the development of library work and the librarians their own development. According to some relevant motivation theories, this paper probes into the demand motivation, objective motivation, emotional motivation and passive motivation.
