摘要
在相关研究成果的基础上,探讨了船闸通过能力分析中的几个问题,统计分析了繁忙船闸的船舶延误特点,并基于G/G/1排队模型,建立估算繁忙船闸船舶延误的近似数学模型。结果表明,船舶待闸时间的大小不仅与其交通负荷有关,还与船舶到闸和过闸的离散程度有关。考虑船舶的交通特性,建立了一次过闸平均载重吨位计算模型,将大量的离散化的船型组合简化为一个连续函数,能够动态地反映船舶大型化和标准化趋势的影响。最后就如何将过闸船舶的数量和质量感受结合起来,构建船闸服务质量的指标和评价体系提出了一些建议。
On the basis of some previous research,some issues were discussed about the analysis methods for waterway lock capacity in this paper.An approximate model was introduced to estimate delays at a busy waterway lock based on a G/G/1 queue.The results show that the delays at a waterway lock are related not only with the traffic load,but also with the randomness of arrivals and departures.In order to avoid the uncertain questions about design vessels′selection and their combinations,an analytical model was developed for the average tonnage for one lockage according to the traffic characteristics of vessels.The continuous function can dynamically reflect the change of lock capacity with the larger and more normative vessels.Some suggestions were proposed to study the quantity and quality of lock capacity,including the indexes and evaluation system for waterway lock service quality.
