摘要
阐述了在我国建立铁路货物“门到门”运输服务体系的意义及组织“门到门”运输的做法,即推行货运代理制,介绍了实行货运代理制的必要性,代理业的经营范围及发展代理业应注意的问题。
The significance of establishing 'door - to - door' transport service system for railway freight in China and the method of organizing the 'door-to-door' transport, i. e. the practice of freight transport agency system are elaborated, with the necessity of the freight transport agency system indicated. The business scope of the agency system and points for attention in developing the system are introduced as well.
