摘要
公开课作为一种特殊的课堂教学形式,具有交流、研究、示范、考核、竞赛等诸多功能,对提高数学教师的专业素质,促进专业发展有着其他教学形式不可替代的作用.对分别处于持续发展期、成熟期和发展期的3位中学数学教师进行个案研究,发现:公开课经历是教师专业发展的客观动力;公开课促进自我反思成为教师的习惯;“专家点拨”对教师具引领作用;“同伴互助”是有益的教研方式.
Demo class as a special way of classroom teaching, is entitled with many functions such as communication, research, instruction, evaluation and competition. It has significant promotion for the teachers' professional quality and development than any other forms. Through interviewing three mathematics teachers who are in the periods of sustainable development, maturity and development, the case studies found that: the experience of demo class is the objective force of professional development; demo classes promote self-reflection as a habit of teachers; "experts' advice" is a leading role; "peer assistance" is a useful way of teaching and research.
