摘要
目的观察脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)作为引导组织再生(guided tissue regeneration,GTR)屏障膜时的体内组织学变化,探索其作为GTR屏障膜的可行性。方法在兔下颌前磨牙颊侧根面形成一开窗型牙周缺损模型,将ADM作为GTR屏障膜覆盖和固定于缺损区表面,观察术后4周和8周时ADM的降解、血管化、炎性反应等组织学变化情况。结果术后4周时,ADM无明显降解,基本保持其原来完整结构;8周时,ADM出现轻中度降解,但结缔组织尚未突破整层ADM。结论 ADM可以作为GTR的屏障膜。
Objective To observe the histological changes of acellular dermal matrix(ADM) used as guided tissue regeneration(GTR) barrier membrane in vivo,and to explore the possibility of ADM as GTR barrier membrane.Methods Following surgery to create fenestration-type periodontal defects on the buccal aspects of mandibular bicuspid roots in rabbits,ADM was placed over the experimental defects.After 4 and 8 weeks of healing,the following parameters were evaluated:degradation over time,vascularization and inflammatory reaction.Results After 4 weeks,ADM demonstrated no apparent degradation,and almost kept its original intact structure.After 8 weeks,ADM demonstrated slight to moderate degradation,but the adjacent connective tissue still had not broken through the whole layer of ADM.Conclusions ADM could be used as barrier membrane for GTR.
