牙周膜微血管构筑的实验研究

摘要 墨汁灌注狗颈总动脉,火棉胶连续切片光镜观察牙周膜微血管构筑,图像分析仪进行斗定量分析。甲基丙烯酸甲酯铸型扫描电镜观察。结果:狗的下颌前磨牙牙周膜内微血管分为2层。靠近牙槽骨壁侧主要为纵行的管径较粗的血管。靠近牙根侧为毛细血管网。牙周膜内的血液供应以根尖部最丰富,其次为根分叉处、根颈部。根中1/3处最少。 The purpose of this study is to examine the microvascular architecture of the periodontal ligament (PDL),the ink injections through carotid arteries were used, and celloidin embeded, serial sections were cut, then observed by light microscope. Vascular corrosion casts were prepared and examined by scanning electron microscopy. In the end, quantitative analysis was conducted by the picture analysis instrument.The results indicated that the principal vessels of the PDL ran parallel to the long axis of the tooth and located adjacent to the bony wall. The capillary network close to the root of tooth.The blood supplying were most abundant in the tip and then the branch of root, cerrical segment, the rarest in the mid root segment.
