摘要
目的探讨甲状腺结节大小和位置深度对超声弹性分级的影响。方法甲状腺实性结节病例144例,共191个病灶。根据肿块大小分为≤10mm、11mm~20mm、21mm~30mm和>30mm四组,比较各组间弹性分级的差别。选取其中直径在10mm~20mm的病灶(共79个),根据其位置深度分为<10mm、10mm~15mm和≥15mm三组,比较其弹性分级的差别。结果不同大小组和不同深度组之间的弹性分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺结节的大小和位置深度对其弹性分级无明显影响,弹性分级主要取决于肿块的硬度。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the size and depth of thyroid nodules on the elastographic grades in elastosonography.Methods One hundred and forty-four patients with 191 thyroid solid nodules were observed by elastosonography.The nodules were divided into four groups:one group included the lesions of which the diameters were less than 10mm,one included those of which the diameters were 10mm to 20mm,one were 20mm to 30mm,and the other were more than 30mm.The elastographic grades among the three groups were compared.Then 79 lesions of which the diameters were 10mm to 20mm were divided into three groups:one group included the lesions of which the depths were less than 10mm,one included those of which the depth were 10mm to 15mm,and the other were more than 15mm.The elastographic grades in different groups were compared.Results The elastographic grades of the lesions among those groups had no statistical difference.Conclusion The elastographic grades are correlative with the hardness of the lesion rather than its size and depth.
