摘要
当塔板参数和操作条件完全相同时,活性组份蒸发或冷凝的实际塔板与无活性组份的模拟塔板上的混合情况不同。本文从考察活性组份的停留时间分布出发,研究活性组份对板效率的影响,并提出一种计算方法。与其它的数学模型相比,本方法计算过程简单,结果较为满意。
In the case of identical plate parameters and operation conditions the mixingcondition of a real plate where active components condense and vaporize may bedifferent from that of a simulation plate with the absence of active components.Based on the residence time distribution of active components,the effect of activecomponents on plate efficiency is investigated and a calculation method is pre-sented.This method is simple and gives satisfactory results.
