摘要
提出一种塔板模拟和板效率计算的新方法——虚拟循环模型。用这种方法同时考察了蒸汽完全混合与完全不混合对板效率的影响。计算结果表明:这种方法不仅与传统的涡流扩大散模型和混合池模型等效,而且数学处理简单;由蒸汽不混合引起的板效率波动主要发生在塔底的1—5块塔板上。
A new method for simulation and efficiency calculation of distillation plates(a pseudo-recycle model) is presented.The effects of mixed and unmixed vapouron the efficiency of a single-pass plate are simultaneously considered and therelevant mathematical correlations are obtained by this method.The calculationresults from these equations and their comparision with those of the well knowneddy diffusion model and mixing pools model show that this method is quiteequivalent in efficacy to the traditional methods while much simpler in mathe-matical manipulation.The calculations also show that variations in plate effi-ciency caused by unmixed vapours are mainly on the 1st-5th plates from thecolumn bottom up.
