摘要
目的:探索有效调控医院药品流动的策略,以最大限度满足临床用药需求和节约医院药品流动成本。方法:科学运用信息管理、药库管理、资金管理等方面的规则和技巧,对医院药品的信息流、物流和资金流进行整合。结果与结论:有效整合医院药品信息流、科学调控医院药品物流、综合处理医院药品资金流和医院供药例外情况发生的应对准备,是医院药品流动调控策略的基本要素,缺一不可。有效调控医院药品流动,不仅是医院药库管理的重要问题,而且也是医院管理的重要问题,通过医院药品流动调控策略可产生出最佳综合效益。
OBJECTIVE： To explore suitable drug circulation strategy so as to meet the demand of clinical use of drugs and reduce the cost of hospital drug circulation. METHODS： The rules and skills of information management, drug storehouse management and funds management were applied to integrate the hospital drug information flow, drug logistics and capital flow. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： Effective integration of hospital drug information flow, scientific regulation of drug logistics, comprehensive management of drug funds and countermeasures for drug supply emergency are basic factors for the regulation of hospital drug circulation. No one is dispensable. Effective regulation of hospital drug circulation is not only the important point of drug storehouse management, but also the important point of hospital management. The regulations of hospital drug circulation can contribute to optimal comprehensive benefit.
