摘要
目的:探讨红花注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法:检索1994年1月至2009年11月国内医药期刊报道的红花注射液致不良反应案例进行统计分析。结果:红花注射液的不良反应以变态反应为主,主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克,危及生命安全,各类不良反应出现的时间不一。结论:临床医师、药师应重视红花注射液的不良反应,提倡合理用药。
Objective：To explore the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reaction caused by Hong hua injection.Methods：The search in January 1994-November 2009 Journal of Medicine reported in the domestic honghua injection cases of adverse reactions for statistical analysis.Results：Honghua injection adverse reaction to allergy-based,mainly manifested as allergic reaction,severe anaphylactic shock can occur,endangering the safety of life,all kinds of adverse reactions appears the difference in time.Conclusion：The clinical physicians,pharmacists should pay attention to honghua injection adverse reactions,to promote rational drug use.
