摘要
目的观察用红花注射液联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床效果。方法 60例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为两组。对照给予控制感染、解痉、吸氧等西医常规治疗;治疗组则在对照组基础上给予红花注射液静脉滴注,14d后观察患者动脉血气指标的变化情况,检测治疗前后血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的水平变化;监测心功能、血液流变的改善情况,计算临床治疗的有效率。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组经治疗后血气分析指标均有所改善,Pa O2水平有所提高,Pa CO2水平有所下降,治疗组的变化更为突出(P<0.05);治疗后患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平有所降低,治疗组的降低幅度更大(P<0.05);患者经治疗后心功能有所改善,以治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05);两组血液流变指标较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液联合西医常规疗法能有效改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者的临床症状,改善肺通气功能及心功能,降低血浆BNP水平,降低血液黏度,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Safflower injection combined with conventional western medicine therapy on chronicpulmonaryheart disease. Methods 60 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine foundation treatment,such as infection control,spasmolysis,oxygen,etc.; while the treatment group were treated with Safflower injection based on the control group,after treating for 14 days,the change of arterial blood gas index were observed,the level of BNP were tested,the improvement of heart function and blood rheology were monitored,and the effective rate of the two groups were calculated. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the arterial blood gas index were improved,the level of blood gas analysis index Pa O2 went up,and the level of Pa CO2 went down,the degree of change in the treatment group was more pronounced（ P〈0. 05）; the level of BNP went down after treatment,the degree of change in the treatment group was more pronounced（ P〈0. 05）; the heart function were improved,the degree of change in the treatment group was more pronounced（ P〈0. 05）; the blood rheology were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Safflower injection combined with conventional western medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pulmonary heart disease,improve the pulmonary ventilation function and cardiac function,reduce plasma BNP levels and the blood viscosity,which has the satisfactory clinical effect.
