摘要
目的:探讨外用中药促进感染创面愈合的机理。方法:搜集近年的文献资料综合分析。结果与结论:软组织缺损感染创面在临床上非常常见,如何控制感染和修复创面是创伤外科的重要问题。临床上运用中医中药促进创面愈合或为二期植皮做好准备有肯定的疗效,外用中药修复软组织缺损的感染创面的临床和实验及机理研究有较大的进展。
Objective：To explore the mechanism of external chinese drug repairing infected wound.Methods：Searching the literature in the recent years and doing analysis.Results and Conclusion：Wound infection of soft tissue defects are very common in clinical practice,how to control the infection and repair wound is an important issue of surgical trauma.Clinical application of Chinese medicine for the two skin wound healing to prepare have a positive effect,Clinical and experimental study on external Traditional medicine repairing infected wounds of soft tissue defects make greater progress.
