摘要
目的探讨外用中药剂型质量标准研究进展。方法对外用中药剂型定性、定量方法归纳分析。结果在外用中药制剂质量标准中应用最多的是薄层扫描法、气相色谱法、紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法,其中高效液相色谱法是研究质量标准的重要方法。结论通过对近几年外用中药制剂总结,提出建立质量标准体系和临床标准的必须性。
Objective To explore the research progress of the quality standards on Chinese medicine dosage for external use. Methods Analysis qualitative and quantitatinve methods of Chinese medicine dosage for external use. Results Used in most of the quality standard of topical preparations of Chinese medicine dosage for external use is TLC,GC,UV spectrophotometry, HPLC. HPLC is an important method of quality standards. Conclusion Chinese medicine for external use were concluded in recent years. We proposed the necesssary of the establishment of quality standards and clinical standards.
